On-site at Ashokan Center
As we party late into Saturday night, we want you to be able to stagger into bed as late as you wish. There are enough beds for the entire wedding party.
Beds at Ashokan are humble. While the mattresses are thick and comfortable, it's like upscale summer camp. Most beds are bunks.
If you'd like to stay on-site, please indicate this in your RSVP form and we'll be in touch with more details.
Room options
Ashokan offers four types of rooms. Please note that due to capacity of the rooms below, unless your wedding party has 3, 4, or 5 people (including children), you will likely need to share a room with fellow guests. Don't worry, we'll help you to find a great match! We encourage you to establish room blocks with mutual friends yourselves. Otherwise, we'll assist you in finding comfortable room assignments with fellow guests.
All arrangements cost $55-$75 per person per night.
Small Rooms with Queen Bunk and Twin Bunk
There are eight rooms at Ashokan with one queen bunk (queen on the bottom, twin on top) and one twin bunk. The bathroom will be private. Sleeps 5.
Small Rooms with two Twin Bunks
There are four rooms with two twin bunk beds (four twin beds total). The bathroom will be private. Sleeps 4.
Small Rooms with Queen Bunk
There are four rooms with one queen bunk (queen on the bottom, twin on top). The bathroom will be shared. Sleeps 3.
Dormitory Rooms
Ashokan has 3 large dormitory rooms that have 12 bunk beds each. We know you've developed higher standards of privacy since the days of summer camp. But how much time will you spend in your room anyways? The bathroom will be shared.
For those who would like to camp, Ashokan offers space for camping with access to a bathhouse for $16 per person per night.

We recognize that some guests will want more privacy and comfort than Ashokan has to offer. There are a range of luxury accommodations that can be found within a 30-minute drive of the venue.
We will be providing a Saturday night shuttle service to hotels and B&B's in Woodstock.

There are tons! Check out Airbnb or VRBO for options in Woodstock.
We won't have a room block at these hotels. They do book up quickly, so we recommend making reservations as soon as possible.
Accommodations in Kingston and elsewhere
There are lovely boutique hotels in the area, and many standard hotel chains in Kingston (Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, etc.). We won't be running a shuttle to these hotels on Saturday, but they aren't far from the venue.
